Specific service scope, delivery model, fees, SLA, data processing responsibilities, and project arrangements are governed by the applicable order, contract, or supplemental agreement.
These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be waived under applicable local law, including privacy, consumer, unfair contract, warranty, electronic communications or data protection rights.
For enterprise customers, service levels, security commitments, confidentiality, data processing roles and liability allocations are governed by the applicable signed agreement.
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep accounts, passwords, verification codes, keys, and authentication credentials secure.
You or your organization are responsible for losses caused by failure to safeguard accounts or comply with permission management requirements.
If you discover abnormal account activity, suspected leakage, or unauthorized access, you should notify us immediately and cooperate with necessary measures.
You may not upload, transmit, or process illegal, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, security-harming, or otherwise improper content.
You may not bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, scan, attack, abuse APIs, or otherwise impair service security.
You must ensure that you have all rights required to upload, share, and process relevant content, and you are responsible for project member permission configuration.
You or your organization retain lawful rights in uploaded content. To provide the services, you authorize Linxy to store, process, transmit, display, and back up such content as necessary.
Linxy and its affiliates retain all intellectual property rights in the products, software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, technology, and services.
Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, rent, sell, sublicense, or create competing products based on Linxy services.
We may update the services for security, compliance, performance, or product improvement purposes. Material changes will be notified through reasonable means.
If you violate these terms, create security risks, fail to pay fees, or if required by law, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the relevant services.
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided as is and as available. We are not responsible for network interruptions, third-party service failures, user configuration errors, or force majeure events not caused by us.
Except as required by law or agreed in a contract, Linxy is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or goodwill damage.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Disputes arising from these terms or the services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they will be handled according to the customer contract or by a court with jurisdiction.
